You are solely responsible for the files you choose to convert using Free Conversion. You agree not to use our tool to process materials that:

• Violate copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual properties of third parties.
• Are illegal, abusive, or that violate any applicable local, national, or international law.

Since the processing is local and the files never pass through our servers, Free Conversion does not monitor, does not endorse, and is not responsible for the content you choose to process on your own device.

3. Limitation of Warranties

The tool is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we strive to keep the tool working perfectly, we do not guarantee that:

• The conversion will be successful for 100% of the files or formats.
• The service will be free from technical errors, slowdowns (which depend on the user's hardware) or interruptions.
• The resulting files will have identical quality to professional paid tools.

4. Fair Use and Monetization

Free Conversion is free to use. We reserve the right to display third-party advertisements (such as Google AdSense) on the pages of the site to fund the project. Ad blocking software may affect the display experience, but we will not limit the functions of the converter.
